What an amazing start to the year. After a great climax to 2012, getting the opportunity to perform for the President of Singapore and performing at many fantastic Christmas parties, we couldn’t wait to hit the ground running in 2013.
January announced itself in style with the Wedding Ideas Magazine Awards, held at the Tower Hotel London where we were personally invited to perform our Secret Singers Surprise! Our team went undercover as not only waiters, but also cheeky guests armed with back stories so not to get found out by our table guests. (Sorry again for all the fibs, but it was well worth it.). It was such an amazing experience to get involved at this prestigious event and we truly have been humbled to have met so many fantastic people and companies from within the wedding industry. A big thank you goes to all the team at Wedding Ideas Magazine for making the night extra special.
February gives us not one but two reasons to celebrate. Firstly the recent Wedding Wishing Well Masquerade Ball held in Taunton, where we got the chance to meet the wonderful and inspiring ‘Bride of the year’ Naomi Thomas again. The night was such a great success and all for a really fantastic cause. From looking at the photos it looked like everybody that attended had a fabulous time, including us!
Secondly we have the imminent release of the March edition of Wedding Ideas Magazine where we have the enormous pleasure to announce that we will be featured! Keep an eye out over the next few days.
There really isn’t a better way to get the year started, and everyone here at Secret Singers are totally excited and prepared to perform at some amazing weddings this summer. If 2013 is your special year, we really hope to see you at the party!
